Despite the NHS Beaurocracy, Dr Nasir is usually on time with appointments and treats her patients with respect and understanding. She is a recommended Doctor who explains procedures well but who is not helped by the restraints of the NHS. It seems crass that she cannot prescribe medications and that the NHS system rolls on with prescriptions only being issued by the patients Doctor which causes delays and substantial expense for the system.
